WHAT IS OUR COVID-19 POLICY?
The Israel Journey trip policy are decided by Israel's requirements for tour groups. Last year full vaccination was required.
Policy is subject to change for this year trip.
WHAT CAN I TELL A PARENT NERVOUS TO MAKE PLANS SO LONG BEFORE THE SUMMER?
Registration is fully refundable until 90 days before departure! Register and save your spot, if needed, you'll cancel later!
CAN A TEEN STAY IN ISRAEL LONGER AFTER ATTENDING THE HERITAGE QUEST OR ISRAEL JOURNEY?
Yes! If a teen has family, etc. in Israel and they would like to extend their return, they can fill out a 'flight extension form' and CTeen is happy to extend their return ticket for them. May be subject to fare increase.
WILL ATTENDING THIS TRIP AFFECT A TEEN'S ELIGIBILY FOR BIRTHRIGHT?
No, it will not affect their eligibility for birthright. Birthright is a 10-day trip that can be attended up to age 32.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? WHAT HAPPENS IF A TEEN CAN'T ATTEND IN THE END?
They can sign up now with confidence, and if by February 28 they realize they can't attend, they will get a complete refund. Cancellations after then until 61 days before departure are still possible, but they will lose their deposit and admin fee.
